Shipping

What are the shipping charges?
 If you are shipping large equipment we recommend using Freightquote.com and asking for sean teasley.  If you need your item delivered in the south Florida area we can do that for an additional charge.

Was my shipping quote correct?
If you are using a shipper they are responsible for all shipping quotes . feel free to use any shipper of your choosing

Will I need a lift gate?
Some items need a lift gate and some do not. If you are using a shipper then you will have the item picked up from a commercial location and we have forklifts available for the ease of the shippers pick up.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We will help you  ship outside of the United States we are happy to help you get your items to the Port of Miami or Port Everglades. We can also help pack up trailers and send them down to the port on your behalf t*These services are available for an additionally fee.

How long will it take to ship my item once you receive payment?
Generally it can be done within a short time of things if we have the item in stock. We try to make your deadlines as often as we can.

What if I decide to send a freight line of my choice to pick up my USED equipment order? As I stated earlier that is ok and we will do what we can to help facilitate the pick up of your item, However we must be in receipt of a bill of lading from your shipper so that we can have your item ready and so that we know that we are sending it to the right place.

 Do you do installations? No, we do not, but we can refer you to gas men and electricians and a/c people.

Pickup

Is this item available for pickup? We can ship your item to you or you can come in to the office in Miami and pick it up.  If we deliver your item to you you will be charged a delivery fee. Or if you purchase new equipment it is sometimes  possible for the manufacturer to send you the item directly.

Where are you located?  We are located at 18506 NE 5 Ave Miami, Fl 33179    

How do I get to the warehouse? We are situated on I95 and Miami Gardens Drive. 

 If you are coming from the North

Take I95 south to Miami Gardens Drive Make a right turn at the exit and then make a fast right into the industrial park- Velda farms will be on your left- follow the fence which separates you from the highway. you continue down the road and you will pass Public Storage and AT&T Once the road opens you will make a left turn to the end of the parking lot to AAA Liquidation Warehouse.

  If you are coming from the South

Take I95 North to Miami Gardens Drive.  Take exit and at the light make a right turn and go under the highway. Once you have completed the above make a right turn into the industrial park by Velda farms/ Velda will remain on your left side. Then continue down the road pass AT&T and Public Storage = At the opening make a left turn and continue to the end of the parking lot and pull in at AAA Liquidation Warehouse.

Payments

How do I pay? cash, check, money order, wire transfer or credit card

Do I have to pay sales tax? Yes unless you have a valid resale certificate  or if you are shipping out of state or out of the country.

How long do I have to pay for my item? Upon purchase

How do I check out? You can either call on the phone and provide a fax number so that you can sign a credit card authorization form or come in to the office. Our office number is 305-653-8888 and our fax number is 305-651-1900

Items

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on used equipment unless we have sent you the wrong item. On a case by case basis we do take returns however there will be a 40% restocking fee. If something is a special order you will be responsible for the full cost of the item,.

Does this used item work?
it should – If it does not then we will let you know = if we know. We buy a lot of equipment from auctions and hacve not always had a chance to test out the equipment. You are more than welcome to check out the equipment at our warehouse.
 

Can I use this commercial range in my residence? It is a bad idea to take commercial equipment and place it in your residence.  It has been our experience that customers who have tried to do that are extremely unhappy with that decision.

How do I find the items I need? Please feel free to ask Big Steve or Little Steve – you can either call the office and ask them or fax us a list of what you think you need or provide a list from you r contractor. Please call the office 305-653-8888 or fax us the list at 305-651-1900
